Hey, I got RPG Maker 2003 a while back and it's pretty okay. Resources are limited, but that's okay.

I'm making a RPG about dragons. There are two secret characters you can unlock, and I'm planning on making some tough enemies, as the dragon characters have unbelievable stats.

One secret character is Leviear, a statue of one of the Dragons' former kings. You get him by talking to him. His defense when you get him is off the charts! o.o

The other is Ekain, the king of Lions. You get him by answering several questions in a specific manner. The other characters are given to you as you go. The main character is a Blue Dragon named Kize (Long i).

It's still in heavy construction, and I'm going to be adding some references to some other games, and I'm going to be making some menacing enemies, as well as confusing mazes, confusing puzzles, and a lengthy main story. I'm not working on it too often, so don't expect it to be done too soon.

Woah, the most I can do with that sort of thing is name selection.
Chapter 1 of my game is almost done. Would you guys like to try Chapter 1 when it's done?

Or if you want 2000 or 2003, type in "Rpg Maker 2000" or "RPG Maker 2003".

My game's going to be fairly long, with more freeplay, story chapters, and characters than I thought.

Chapter two is completely playing as Ekain, king of lions. Long chapter.
The map is huge. I'm already working on some islands xP.
There's going to be a prequel, humans only. Chapter three and four is playing as said humans, but their titles are "Hero". In chapter five (Four maybe...), you get to choose your set of characters.
the sets are:

1. Kize, Leviear if you have him, Ethos, and Reloif. (Normal mode chapter.)
2. Ekain. (Selecting this is like selecting a temporary hard mode.)
3. The heroes + Klaus (Like selecting very easy mode.)

Yes, Ekain is strong enough to play another chapter by himself.

I love the RPG Maker series. I actually own the English versions of XP and VX (The other ones I WOULD have bought, if they officially translated them)

I don't really have any decent completed projects (I have 2 completed, but they were my first couple of games, so they're kind of meh..) But I've been working on an idea for a game I might make, where every single character actually fights differently. For example, one character sacrifices his HP to gain MP (which empties out at the end of every battle) but I haven't actually finished the planning process, so there's nothing made yet.
